All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Safarnama Travels.

To secure booking, a 20% advance payment is required. An additional 30% must be paid at least 15 days before the tour. The remaining 50% is due upon arrival.

Refund eligibility is based on the cancellation date relative to the tour start date:
Full refund (excluding non-refundable deposits) for cancellations made more than 10 days before the tour starts.
Cancellations within 2 days of the tour start date are not eligible for refunds.

Certain tours may require a non-refundable deposit, deducted from the total tour cost.
